Hypnotherapy
To bring in a positive change in our lives, sometimes we might need a little bit of help with our conscious attempts. Hypnotherapy is so effective in this regard, because it helps our conscious mind to step back and focuses our attention as well as helps us access our unconscious mind safely to support the change we are looking for.
Many people are afraid of hypnosis because they see on TV how people do silly things after being hypnotised. This is called “stage hypnosis“ and people who come to these shows are ready and willing participants in the fun on stage. I am not a stage performer and I am not interested in this aspect of hypnosis.
Hypnotherapy is collaboration between the therapist and the client. As a client, you are always in control and you cannot be hypnotised unless you agree to it. By definition a hypnotherapist is a therapist. So I am here to help you with the change you are looking for in an ethical and professional manner.
Hypnotherapy is known to be effective tool for change in many ways including:
• Relaxation
• Stress management
• Stop smoking
• Weight loss / control
• Relationship issues
• Sleep problems
• Coping with exams
• Phobias including fear of flying
• Habits and addictions
• Panic attacks
• Confidence issues
• Fear of public speaking
• Sports performance
• Nail biting and teeth grinding
• And many more
Regression Therapy
There might be times when we react to situations and then ask ourselves, why did I do that? Sometimes the answer is, because the trigger is in the past and we just act on what we know unconsciously.
Regression therapy helps the client to go back to the earlier memories, in the current live or past lives, when this trigger happened for the first time or when it was repeated. By revisiting the memories and gaining an understanding, blocks on the physical, emotional, mental and/or spiritual level can be released.
Regression therapy is generally 2 hours long. After we find the root cause through a conversation in our first session, we might work on current life or past life issues, usually it is a combination of both. You might need a couple of sessions to fully resolve the issue you want to work on. Regression involves a variety of techniques, including body work, reframing or inner child work.
Examples of issues successfully resolved through regression:
• Medically unexplained physical pains
• Recurring relationship issues /patterns
• Anger issues
• Family relationships
• Fears and phobias (e.g. driving in a car, being afraid of an animal or simply being afraid of dying)
• Abuse resolution
Life Between Lives
Have you ever asked yourself: Why am I here? What is my purpose? Why did I struggle so much in certain areas? Life between lives is a profound experience that aims to provide information about the soul’s evolution and the purpose for this life through deep hypnosis.
Life between lives is exactly what is says on the tin. The session starts with going back to a past life and following the soul in the state before being born in your current life.
During the session we go through:
• Learning what you meant to achieve in the past life
• Is there any continuation of learning in the current life
• The choices you‘ve made before you incarnated
• What lessons you wanted to learn
• Which people around you are from your soul group (i.e. your soul mates)
• How do they help you to achieve your goals
• How did you choose your life circumstances and your family and your body.
Life between lives sessions are very empowering through the wider perspective of existence, bringing understanding and peace into our lives.
Life between lives session takes about 4 hours. You need to have at least one past life regression to resolve any blocks that could prevent us going into the in between state. You can have the regression with another therapist, but we will need to talk about it to ensure all blocks from the past life were resolved successfully. The past life session is also used to ensure you are used to the hypnotic state.
You should bring a list of about 10 people that played significant role in your life (friends and enemies) as well as a list of questions you are finding answers for.
