I was 14 when I first recognised energy flowing through my hands whilst accompanying my mum to a mind training workshop. One of the exercises was to feel the energy flowing in our hands and for me this experience was life changing. However, I did not initially follow this path mainly due to scepticism regarding anything spiritual thanks to my upbringing in an "officially atheistic" country.

I've spent over 20 years in various roles in a highly competitive and very stressful world of Investment Banking, which is still my main occupation. I understand how very challenging professional life can be and all the implications to physical and mental health these challenges can have.

It took me a few years and some help to realise that to be fulfilled, the body, mind and spirit need to be in balance. My aim is to be here for you, help you to find your right balance, help you to feel fulfilled.
